Welcome to the GypsyLune website (hereafter referred to as 'site') by using this site you are agreeing to follow and abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Through out these terms, we will refer to ourselves as GypsyLune, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means GypsyLune. We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.
1.0 Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are purchasing a product and subject to all terms and conditions. All orders are final. In the instance of wanting to cancel your order, contact: gypsylune888@gmail.com we reserve to right to refuse refund, without reason. We may resend a candle or product depending on the circumstances, however this is at our discretion.
1.1 Order Contract
When placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card, including the full cost for shipping. We do not begin to make your candles until payment is received.
1.2 Shipping and Delivery
Delivery costs will be charged in addition to products upon checkout. We may refuse the right to send your order if information given is incorrect.
Parcels will be left unattended at the delivery address, unless stated otherwise in the notes section, prior to the order being placed. An additional price for shipping may be added for express, or signed parcels. GypsyLune and Couriers hold no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address, when the parcel is marked to leave with neighbour or by the door. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers and deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays as they apply nationally and to each State.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 1.4 Payment and Discounts
It's the customers responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been completed. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside United Kingdom. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed once. Please note that there are certain items for sale that will be excluded from all promotions and discount codes.

All of the content on the GypsyLune website including, products, pictures, blog posts, all graphic design and text are subject to trademark and copyright. All information and product may be used solely for personal non-commercial purposes. All images and designs are the intellectual property of GypsyLune Ltd. The use of GypsyLune photos or content is illegal without consent.
