Shipping & Refund Policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post.  In most cases orders will be packed and sent within 48 hours of the order being placed.

All orders are sent via Standard Delivery unless otherwise stated with any promotions that may occur at the time of placing the order.

All orders attract a FLAT RATE $12.00 delivery fee to anywhere in Australia.

All Parcels will be left unattended at the delivery address prior to the order being placed. GypsyLune holds no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address.

If leaving parcels unattended at your residence is not an option then please have your order delivered to your place of work or residence where someone will be home.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by Australia Post that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

In MOST cases parcels are received with in 2 -4 days in the Perth metropolitan area.  Country WA may take 6 - 7 days.

SA, NT, NSW, VIC, TAS QLD, ACT may take 5 - 7 business days.  In the event of a COVID 19 lockdown this may take longer.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be HAPPY with everything you have purchased from Gypsylune. 

If you have any problems with any goods from our store please contact us immediately via email, our Facebook Page Gypsylune and send us photo's to show us the issue.  

Faulty items will be replaced where possible and shipped to you at our cost.  

Cash refunds will not be given unless the item requested IS faulty and no longer available for replacement.
